Interior styling
Interior styling is where a house becomes a home — or a holiday rental becomes a guest favourite. We come in after the building is done and the space is ready for its next layer. We determine the aesthetic, select the furniture, source every piece, and style every surface with intent.
Ideal for new builds, post-renovation refreshes, homes preparing to sell, Airbnb and short-stay properties, or homes that need a considered reset.
We work with natural textures, honest materials, and pieces that earn their place — creating rooms that feel warm, layered, and genuinely lived in.
Based in Kiama, we work in person across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Southern Highlands. Travel within 100km is included. Single-room styling from $1,500; whole-home, property styling and holiday rental projects by proposal.
Virtual styling
A complete styling package, delivered to your inbox. We create a tailored mood board, layout direction, and a curated shopping list with direct links to every product — so you can shop and style at your own pace.
Virtual styling works best if you have a clear room you want to finish, are happy to implement yourself, and want professional direction without the in-home fee. We work with clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and beyond.
Choose from three packages: Mini Board ($199) for a single styling moment, Full Room ($349) for a complete styling package, or Premium Room ($595) for a hero space with detailed layout direction and a personal walkthrough of the finished concept
Every styling package is designed from scratch for your room. No templates, no generic suggestions — just a considered plan built around your space, your taste, and your budget. Delivered in 7–10 days.
Event styling
Weddings, milestone gatherings, and private events styled with warmth, colour, and intent. We work with couples, brands, and hosts who want their day to feel layered and memorable — not staged.
From table design and bar styling to ceremony installations, signage, and full reception zones, we bring a stylist's eye to every detail your guests will remember.
We take a small number of events each year, chosen for fit. If the brief feels right, we'd love to hear about it. Based on the NSW South Coast, available further afield by arrangement. All events are quoted individually.
Home organisation
Calm, functional organisation for kitchens, wardrobes, pantries, linen cupboards, and whole-home resets. We declutter, categorise, and set up systems you'll actually maintain — with products sourced to suit your space and budget.
We also offer thoughtful, unhurried support for clients navigating later-life transitions — downsizing, preparing a loved one's home, or setting up a smaller space with care. We work at a pace that feels right for this stage of life.
Available across the South Coast and Illawarra. From $95 per hour with a three-hour minimum, or by project quote for whole-home and downsizing engagements.

Hi, I'm Kate — the heart and hands behind Terra Styling.
Terra means earth, and that's exactly where I draw my inspiration from. Grounded. Organic. Down-to-earth.
I'm a qualified interior decorator with a background that spans event management, property styling, and interior decoration. Over the years I've worked on dozens of spaces — beautiful weddings, holiday homes prepared for guests, family residences ready for sale, and personal homes finally finished after years of "almost there." The thread through all of it has always been warmth, atmosphere, and an attention to the details that make a space feel like itself.
Terra is where I bring that work together. We're a small studio — just me and my husband Andrew behind the scenes — and we like it that way. Every project gets my eye, my sourcing, and my hands on the styling day.
Whether it's a single room that needs finishing, a holiday rental that needs to stand out, or a whole home that's waiting for its final layer — we're here to help you get there.
